these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, you

We have taken great care in presenting the products
on our website(s) as accurately as possible. However, the
images you see will depend on your monitor's
display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable
to guarantee that the product images you see are an
accurate representation of the actual merchandise Before
you place an order you should read the following:

Returns Policy. These pages form part of these terms
and conditions and contain important information about
your order.
By submitting an order to us through our website, you
represent and warrant that the payment details provided
on your order are valid and correct, and that when your
order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be
made in full. If the Billing details for your order are
the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an
order on the website you confirm that you are the person
referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise,
by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person
referred to in the Billing details.
Visitors under the age of 16 should not sign into
this website or submit any information to us.

Acceptance of your Order
Shortly after you have placed an order with us an email will be
sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your
order. This email is not an order confirmation or
order acceptance from Grakka Limited.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract
between you and Grakka Limited will take place when your order
is despatched, unless you have cancelled the order in
accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set
out below. Where you specify Offline Credit Card
as the method of payment, we do not
take payment for your goods until the order is ready for
despatch. Hampers and specially ordered goods
will be charged on receipt by us of your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of
the following:
- The product you ordered being out of stock, see

- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your
payment
- The identification of a pricing or product
description error
- Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria
set out in the Terms and Conditions
Internet orders will be confirmed by email. Should
you not receive confirmation within 3 business days,

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order please contact
Grakka Limited Customer Services by:
- calling 0845 833 0864 during store hours
- returning your acknowledgement email to us stating
your intention to cancel the order
It may not always be possible to stop an order from
being despatched, as we endeavour to process orders
immediately. If your order has already been despatched
please return the order following the instructions
contained within the parcel. Please note that your right
to return goods does not apply to certain products.

Please note that cancellations or alterations to
orders containing perishable goods must be made within
24 hours of ordering.

Payment Methods
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Visa
Delta, Electron American Express, Diners Card JCB, Switch and Solo.
All debit and credit cards are
processed for you by either by Worldpay, PayPal or NatWest Streamline for an
approximate 2% fee of your purchase. The balance is paid to
us. The total amount you pay is unaffected,
regardless of the payment method used.
Please note that Grakka Limited does not accept cash,
or cheques as payment online.

Pricing Policy
All prices shown on the website are in Pounds Sterling
and are exclusive of VAT, where applicable. There is
no VAT chargeable on healthcare products to
individuals.
VAT free prices, are quoted for deliveries outside
the European Union VAT amounts will be clearly
displayed, where applicable to the delivery address,
at checkout.
Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at
any time.

Product Availability / Information
We feature products on our websites that have been
carefully selected for Online Shopping. Once an item is
sold out it will be taken off the website at the
earliest opportunity and may not be available again.
Prices of products may change from time to time. If
items that you order are out of stock, subject to a
delay or the price is higher than that shown on your
order, we will try to contact you at the email address
you provided when placing your order. If we cannot
contact you or receive no response to our email, we will
continue to process the remaining items on your order.
All items are subject to availability. If, due to
unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute
an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than
that which it replaces. Substitutions will
only be made with your prior consent.

Delivery Information
Delivery charges are fully described on the Carriage Charges Page,
which forms a part of these terms and conditions. Please allow 10 days for delivery of products you
have purchased on the web-sales.co.uk websites.
Large / Bulky Goods / Special Order
Large and bulky goods are subject to additional
carriage charges and delivery times may vary. Individual
rates and delivery times will be included in the product
information for each individual item.
Import Duty
Grakka Limited cannot be held responsible
should local customs authorities wish to confiscate
any particular item contained within a hamper, or charge any import
duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the
duty.

Worldwide Delivery:
We offer worldwide delivery on a wide selection of
our online merchandise. Most products on the website are
exportable. Typically, it is only fresh food, perfume,
large and bulky items and alcohol that are exclusive to
the UK.
UK VAT will not be charged on
merchandise dispatched to non-EU countries. This will be clearly indicated during the checkout
process.
Delivery charges are based on calculated
volumetric weight and delivery destination and will
be quoted during the checkout process prior to your
order being charged.
Please allow 10 days for delivery.
We reserve the right to withdraw international
delivery at anytime.
We do not currently offer delivery to BFPO
addresses.
We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs
clearance.

Returns Policy
We hope that you will be totally satisfied with
any purchase made with Grakka Limited. If you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may
exchange or refund your goods within 14 days of
receipt. The goods must be returned to us in the
same condition as supplied to you.
Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied
goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, the
following items may not be returned: personalised
good/goods made to a customer's specifications
(including hampers), perishable goods, beds,
bedding, toiletries, perfumery, cosmetics, pierced
earrings, hair accessories, lingerie/nightwear, hosiery,
millinery, swimwear, woodwind instruments, food, drinks,
periodicals and magazines. In addition, the following
goods may only be returned at Grakka Limited' discretion: audio
or video recordings and computer software (if they have
not been unsealed).

Returns Instructions
By Post:
Included with your order is a Returns Form and
Returns Label with clear instructions on how to return
merchandise to us for refund or exchange. Complete the
Returns Form indicating whether you would like a refund
or exchange. Package the merchandise to prevent damage,
enclosing the Returns Form. Attach the Returns Label and
send the merchandise using registered post or other
secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until
you have received credit for your return.
Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid.
Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s
responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the
case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
You must return the goods, together with their
packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.
